Your purchase of a coaching/mentoring program is non-refundable. If you choose a package of sessions, you are committing to completing the sessions. All payments are due in full before our first scheduled meeting, unless we agree on a payment plan. 3. Missed Appointment: I understand that emergencies can happen to anyone; therefore, if an emergency keeps you from attending a session, please call or email whenever possible to let me know of the circumstances.
