I believe in JOY.

I believe in nature, magic, and the wisdom of the body I also believe that each one of us has a unique purpose, and when we live our lives from that place, magical things happen.

My work is to guide you to the wisdom and beauty that brings you most alive. It is soul centered and yoga inspired.

Most people call it coaching, but I call it Inner Wilderness Guidance.

As an artist, yogi, meditator, mom, and life-long spiritual seeker, I bring a wide open heart, a belief in limitless possibilities, and a vast array of tools and resources to our work together.

Of course, I have had my own banquet of life challenges, and with each one, I learned a valuable lesson. True satisfaction can only ever come from inside of you. The joy that bubbles up from your very own heart, is a secret key. Discovering this authentic joy, is a grand adventure through your own inner wilds, and I would hate for ANYONE to miss this.

This is the work of a lifetime.
