What:
33 hours-3 weekends
Enrich your life and your teaching with a soulful journey that will awaken your inherent creativity, empower your authentic voice, and help you to fully embody your highest vision for living well.
Each weekend will be a mix of practice, inner journeying, inspired group discussion and process, and practice teaching.
Where: East Meets West Yoga Center, Vienna, VA
When: 10/6 &10/7, 10/20 & 10/21, 11/3 & 11/4
Weekend 1- October 6-7
Energy Fluency- Holding Sacred Space, Soul Purpose, Intuitive Skills, Receiving guidance, Personal Sadhana, Meditation.
Weekend 2-October 20-21
Embodied Practice and Teaching- Energetics of asana, Hands on assists, Principles of Alignment, Sequencing, Teaching Methodology.
Weekend 3-November 3-4
Business Ecology-Soul of your Teaching-Empowered Soul Themes-Your business soul map, matrika shakti, the art of thriving, Clear intention-skilful action-soulful expression, Storytelling, Weaving themes, The power of transmission.
