Join us for a playful and body positive exploration of bellydance. Bellydance is one of the most joyful, sensual, expressive, and grounding dance forms, that is rooted in community and connection. It is an art form that honors the body’s natural rhythms and curves, and brings flexibility, strength, and confidence.
In this 4-week introduction, you will learn the basic moves of bellydance, from both tribal and cabaret styles. Each class will begin with a warm-up and end with a cool-down, and you will leave feeling energized, empowered, and more connected to your creative life-force and vitality. Each week will build upon the last, but you can also drop in and enjoy!
