With more than 50 years of yoga and wellness experience to draw from, Sytera and Marni will help you identify your wellness goals and develop a clear plan to achieve them. You will learn powerful tools for self-care that will ease your anxiety and boost your physical and mental reserves, now and in the future.

As we catch our breath for a moment during the current crisis, we must pause and remember the imperative of self-care, which is a necessary foundation not only for getting through this challenging time but also for a healthy and happy life. Take advantage of this rare time at home to establish a self-care plan, taking back your health and ensuring you have the clarity and energy to support your family, friends, and community.

Our "5 Days for Personal Wellness" online retreat will help you establish a routine of daily wellness rituals, a fulfilling home yoga practice, and clarity in your intentions behind how you approach your relationship to yourself and to others. You will receive curated yoga and self-massage videos to download and keep, audio files of guided meditations, and a self-care e-book for you to read and reference for your new healthy habits. Additionally, join Sytera and Marni on an online video conference call that will empower you to create a personalized self-care plan that you can integrate immediately into your busy life.

You will receive your instructional videos daily, and then we will meet for our hour-long video conference call on Friday, April 10th, at 4:00pm.
